„Villa Scafa Alta“ spans a total of three floors. Each of the four larger bedrooms has its own bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a bedroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor have balconies overlooking the coast, and there is also a small bedroom on this level. The basement houses a kitchen with a large terrace, offering a fantastic view of the terraced garden, the pool, and the coast.

The „Villa Scafa Alta“ is located in the north of Sicily between Messina and Cefalu. This spacious holiday home is situated in Capo d’Orlando, in the district of Scafa Alta, and features a beautiful outdoor pool. Positioned over 300 meters above sea level, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the coast and, on clear days, the Aeolian Islands. Capo d’Orlando boasts the ancient excavation site of Argatirmide and has a stunning marina.

Guest Access

Guests can enter the holiday home through the entrance on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a separate entrance in the basement. From the terrace there, you can access the kitchen. An internal staircase connects the ground floor to the basement, allowing movement between the two levels.
